RE: 2009 SUMMER UNIVERSIADE (Poomsae Completions)  

We are pleased to inform you that you have been selected to officiate at poomsae competitions of 2009 Summer Universiade to be held in Belgrade, Serbia, on July 1-2, 2009.

Please be informed that the IR is responsible for his/her own roundtrip airfares while the expenses for room and board for four nights and five days (check-in on June 29 and check-out on July 3) as well as a per diem of USD100 for 2 days of competition will be covered by the WTF.

In addition, the OC will provide local transportation between the airport and the designated Referee hotel. For your information, the meeting and training for referees is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on June 30. All IRs are required to participate in the meeting and training in order to officiate the Universiade. The IRs are also required to stay until the end of the competitions in order to receive referee credits from the WTF. 

Please confirm your availability in the enclosed form to the WTF (fax to 82-2-553-4728 or e-mail to referee@wtf.org) by no later than June 17, 2009. IRs who are coming to Belgrade are requested to send their

flight schedules and invited individual entry form to the OC (e-mail to jovan.rajkovic@ub2009.org) by no later than June 21.
