Please note the deadline of July 1st 2009 regarding booking the officials WC hotels.
We urge you to make a prebooking for your team before this date. This booking can be adjusted when you know you final needs.
We have set up 3 ways to book: One for teams, one for spectators and one for press/media.
One of the challenges of the WC 2009 is securing the visa for participating teams.

selection, registration to the WC 2009 as soon as possible, so that we
on an early stage can assist you and your team with the team invitation
and visa application.

We are sorry to inform you that no decision have been made regarding the EBP use at WC 2009 in Copenhagen.
According to our latest information the decision will be made in May or
June 2009. But as organizers we will work hard to get this decision
made as soon as possible.
